H&M was the Easiest and fastest SE

Hey guys,
Quick words.
My GF purchased clothes on H&M for over 200€ but under 400€ (just don't want to say the exact amount).
6 days after payment we got the package and I didn't had to sign anything.
Contacted H&M on the same day via Live Chat and told them it didn't arrived.
Had to wait 2 more days and contact again (maybe package could come).
Again Livechat and told them that it didn't arrived. And said that my neighbors didn't got anything too.
That's it.
Got the refund on the same day.
(btw. It was a brand new account)!

nice to see people sharing, i think that would be a good idea to create a post to list known company/exploit for usa/europe ..?

thanks for the share! Was this your first time purchasing through H&M? Only asking bc i feel like sometimes companies let the first order slide in terms of refunds

I created a new account because I wanted 10% off Biggrin

Then I decided to try DNA.
And it worked super easy, maybe because I used my GF's profile (I mean I wrote them as a girl) and they were really nice to me!

Thank you! Im planning on ordering a lot of basics so now I have around 340€ and 22 items. Do you think DNA would still be applicable or should I try a partial?
