Can my friend use the wrong item method, partial or DNA on an Apple Watch 6 gen? What has highest chance of success? I understand all of the methods, but if using the wrong item, what should incorrect item be?

RE: Amazon #2
The watch only weighs around 30 grams, so the missing Item/partial method Is perfectly suited.

Do they need to purchase something specific with the watch to make sure that they are put in the same parcel? (how can you be sure that something is packaged along with the watch and not sent separately)
Guessing that it would need to be something lightweight the same as the watch?

It's really a straightforward process.

Disregard the partial, and use the missing Item method on the watch Itself. In fact, It has proven to have a very high success rate with Amazon.

If the partial method was used, the weight of the other Items Is Immaterial.

Given the watch weighs 30 grams (In round figures), shipping scales don't Increment that weight.

So you mean say the pack was received and upon opening that there’s an empty box and no watch?

Yes, that the box where the watch was supposed to come with its strap was not inside. If they ask if the product box (not the transport box) was sealed, tell them no. Worked for me.

Correct.

It's worked on quite a number of occasions with Amazon.

Thank you very much. Will pass along to my devious friend. Is it better to call or use chat to contact Amazon?
Any other companies this would easily work with / probably without PR?

It depends what you're most comfortable and confident with.

If you use chat, you may get their bot who will approve the claim there and then.
