They're all well-known methods that have been around for years.

For the average user (with very little to no computing knowledge) who simply spends their life hitting the Like button on FB, the phishing attack Is almost guaranteed to work.

can brute force method can still work on FB ?

FB does have an account lockout policy In place, whereby after ex-amount of Invalid authentication/login attempts, the account will be locked for a certain duration.

In these circumstances, a bruteforce attack Is deemed useless, namely because It targets the account per se with so many (Invalid) requests.
