Logitec Help - Nutany - 09-21-2018

Hey guys!
Normally I don't ask for help in a SE but this time, I don't quite know what to do.

1. Copy of the Sales receipt or VAT Invoice
2. Video - showing the device, serial number and a handwritten case number

I haven't had this happen to me with logitech yet, any tiperinos?

I think you should just get another serial number and start again.

In terms of the receipt, tell them you've misplaced/lost It.

As for the video, politely comply with their request and send them a corrupted file.

If you have an existing Amazon order you can open the PDF, remove the signature, then edit it to your product, then resign it and send. However, I did this once and took longer and probably wasn't worth it. It's just another option if you need it.

You could also pay someone who has the product to take a video of it, it will probably cost around $5. Again this step is just another option sending a corrupted file may also work.

I certainly agree with all the above.

There are so many ways to circumvent their requests.
I've simply stated the obvious.
