Requirements:
Phone with insurance from Verizon.
Brain.
$X amount for deductible + $X for not sending your phone back. (Galaxy S8 prices were $149.99 and $250)

Step 1:
Go to https://claim.phoneclaim.com/vzw/iweb/#/claim?carrierCode=Verizon&UserAction=New&Culture=en-US and begin a claim.

Step 2:
Go through their claim process and receive your phone in the mail. They will ship to your first with 1-2 day shipping.

Step 3 Part 1:
Sell new phone for more than you paid to get the replacement. Simple profit. I paid $400 for a Galaxy S8 and sold it for $550. $150 Profit.

Step 3 Part 2:
I personally have yet to try this, but you can try to box them to avoid paying the fee for not sending your phone back. I don't know if they will contact you about received the package back with nothing in it or not. If so, you tell them that you shipped your phone and it must've been stolen. If not, I would contact them after the second payment has been taken from you and push for a refund by claiming you sent the phone. This will increase your profit from selling the new phone.

The phone Is extremely light (the Samsung Galaxy S8 Is around 150 grams), that would barely register a difference In weight between an empty box and one with the phone Included. A bit of extra packing will make the difference.

As such, no need for dry Ice.
Thanks for the method.

You're right about that, I didn't really consider the weight of most phones.
