I googled this term and found a lot of cases where people were missing their packages and how it was handled by the manunacturer. You can also see what a real reaction from you should sound like:
"rma warranty stolen missing package forums"
You can also limit the date to last year to get more relevant results.
From what I've seen complaining on the company's forums helps a lot.

It's certainly good practice to read the experience of others, particularly those with successful outcomes.
On a case-by-case basis, do the companies reps/personnel take any notice of what's posted on forums? I'm under the Impressive of very little attention. Thanks for the contribution.
