When it comes to SE'n stuff off of amazon is "sold by so and so" but "filfilled by amazon" the same as sold and shipped by amazon or was in inferior than the other?

When the Item Is fulfilled by Amazon, the Item belongs to a third-party seller but It's shipped (dispatched) by Amazon.

And when a refund is given? Who takes the fall, Amazon or the seller? @mothered any idea?

The Item Is still owned and sold by the third-party seller. Amazon Is simply shipping It.

Don't quote me on It, but I'd assume It's the seller who will be refunded.

That's a real shame. Having worked with ebay for a while they tend to just take your money from you at a moments notice if the customer makes even the tiniest complaint. I had money refunded because a customer said I was rude to them (even though they were an utter cunt).

It's not right at all.

A complaint can be made under false pretenses, thereby the seller cannot do a thing to prove otherwise. They shouldn't just take the buyer's word for It. The matter should be Investigated prior to making a decision.

I recently had a case where a buyer of mine refused their delivery (for whatever reason) so the item was returned to my supplier (not me) and I was forced to send a refund by eBay because my tracking number showing they refused it wasn't enough evidence. It's complete garbage.

No enough evidence via a tracking number?

eBay need to seriously overhaul their return/refund Internal policies.
