if you take a look in few of the forum section you will find many and many of download links full with advertisements.
please make a global announcment that on this forum are only anonfile.com or xup.in is allowed for filesharing, i dont want to know how many of your users are infected by some shitty ads

Are you referring to malware obtained via advertisements on file hosts? I'd limit what hosts people could use, except there are dozens of decent hosts available. When downloading anything, members should be cautious.

I wouldn't really make it obligated to use one of those hosts since it's a little bit of user preference. Most people here already know that it's bad to download from those shitty url shorteners of download lockers.
It could be benificial for newer users to include a list somewhere to show where they can go instead of obligating certain hosts. Also keep in mind if everyone uses the same host, and it goes offline it could be very bad for the forum as all links should've been replaced.
What I can suggest though, is make some kind of warning page, that only shows when going to not trusted download providers.

A lot of members are now using multiple redirection links, whereby there's at least 2 file hosts to go through (with waiting periods and filling CAPTCHAs), prior to the actual download link.
Personally, I don't see an Issue with a single link > download link, but jumping through hoops to finally reach the download link Is quite annoying and certainly not appreciated.

In terms of providing an online virus scan report, some members who're new to this board are not aware and as such, I advise the necessity In doing so by referencing the rules. Deliberate repeat offenses (pertaining to all members) are dealt with accordingly.

One Is fine, but multiple redirections with waiting periods and completing CAPTCHAs, Is not acceptable.
