Well, there's a ncie option at Outlook.com; As a domain owner, you can allow people to register A Email box at outlook, For free.
There's a lot of domains but i found one of then Neat, I use it mostly for SE.
The domain is name@fbi.al
How to register? that easy; Just enter the link by clicking here
After you register(If you don't understand how, don't try, Just go and learn how to do things that everybody knows to do.)
You"ll have this somehow pretty cool email box

I knew you could do this, but wasn't sure of how.
I won't be using it though, I prefer @fbi.gov with a php mailer script. Still a really cool email though, and it does have more functionality than a php mailer.
