Ive read the guide when i was on the phone the rep emailed me this
But i have a serial number but cannot find a part number for the Logitech G513 Keyboard

The model and part number don't change like the serial number does, I believe. You can normally find these with a quick Google search or on the product page.
For your G513 they are:
