Hi everyone!
i was wondering if eventually AI could get advanced enough to detect fraud to the point of making it not profitable, will this happen anytime soon? or happen at all?

For some reason I read "Freud stopped by AI". Anyway, as long as humans are around, social engineering will exist. Not many ways around that.

It may well become quite effective In fraud detection, but I don't believe It's possible In It's entirety.
There's always ways to circumvent every entity.

There’s an uptick in machine-learning / AI driven anti-fraud / AML cyber security startups.
They tend to post their research on emerging trends and the technology they employ to combat it for promotional purposes. And all that data is laid bare for this or any other community to review, understand and learn from.
