UE HELP - protomcd - 08-01-2018
UE is telling me to send in the old speaker and then the old one will be shipped out I have told them that the speaker got wet and I am sending my old one tmr so I have one day to either A: Get some1 to box them
Or B: Box them myself
Please help me with this asap thanks all the best

Yes Ultimate Ears they want me to send in the defective speaker and then they will relase the new speaker and i need someone tto help me box them

Often, when you try to avoid boxing, it's better to be persistent. Give it a week: call them every day 2 times, and they will give in.
