I NEED HELP WITH THIS PLEASE - Rednaxela1 - 07-28-2018

I use the empty box method on various websites, and sometimes they don't refund the item, i don't want to do chargebacks too often. What reason could i give to send the item back for a refund after saying the box was empty? I can't just say it miraculously appeared.

Also what other methods would or could be successful on websites? Looking mainly at small electronic items over £200.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Package never arrived is the most common one.
Also, the easiest to pull off

What if it's tracked and signed for? I'm not really using Amazon to do this at the moment. Thanks in advance.

Don't sign It.

As stated above, do just that.

What other methods could i use? These companies aren't Amazon so i'm not sure these methods would work that well. Thanks in advance..

Use the "wrong Item sent" method.

If I'm right, you contact them stating the item in the box that was delivered was not the correct item you ordered, if they do ask you to send it back, I'm assuming find something in a store that is cheap and very similar to the weight of your product and send it back to them. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Exactly this:

Adding to this, If you have an old Item you no longer need and they do In fact stock It, you can send that. Some companies don't even check their returns, but to be on the safe side It's best to opt for the above.
