I tried using it on a vm and it won't work i open it as jar and i get error i go to bin and click on javaws

I see you're running Windows 7. Try It on another OS.
I haven't tested the tool (don't have the time), so does It require other dependencies that you may be lacking? Also, rather than executing from your desktop, try another directory.
