Report notification - Vultra - 07-25-2018 Hello all, Please do notify me if this has been done but, When I report an issue, it's hard whether the action has been taken or, not. Many times I've reported and, wasn't sure if it's been dealt with or not. For this "notify", It allows the staff to either deny or accept. For example, a user broke the rules. I report and mothered will either accept with a statement of "thanks for the report" or, if denied, "This report has been denied due from not breaking the TOS because of..." I would like your personal thoughts on this. - mimi RE: Report notification - mothered - 07-25-2018 When reports are generated, they're dealt with on a case-by-case basis and action (If any) taken thereafter. The way In which reports are handled, Is Immaterial to members. To establish whether action Is taken, you can use this as a general guide. Wrong Forum: Check the thread for a reply by a staff member. I always post that the thread has been moved. Spam Content: Check If the thread/post or member Is still active. Inappropriate Content: As per above and/or change of warning level. Other: Miscellaneous- based on the context of the report. RE: Report notification - Bish0pQ - 08-24-2018 I understand what you are saying here, but this would only increase the burdain for the staff. There are many reports but I think most of the reports are bots being reported which shouldn't actually have a reason to be banned since it's obvious. I don't know if staff does this but it could be benificial to log all reports, but I do think they do this already. |
