Amazon refund wrong item - gionnyct - 07-24-2018
Hi guys, I have a drone that costs 250 euros at home, but I would like to buy another drone (800 €).
If I buy the drone and say that the box contained a wrong item and I send them my drone, I will receive a refund?
I have a 2015 account and I never refunded anything, but only bought

Check if amazon sell the drone you have at home. If they do, yes.
But you could probably get a full refund by saying the box was empty. This is of course if you have an aged account and do not refund much, due to the high value of the product

Hmm... Are there any damages on the drone itself? If they find it's old, something will happen I'd presume since, they got scammed.

no the drone works perfectly but it is used and the box is open without seals.
What is better to do?
and if the refund is not accepted, can I return it and receive a refund?

You can use the wrong drone in the box method, or if you want to keep the old drone, you can say package never arrived.

Just put the old drone in the new drone box and return as no longer needed. Unless they are vastly different they won’t notice.

no I do not need the old drone, but they are different and mine is used
with high prices they will ask me the police report if I say that the package has not arrived

I would use empty box method. That way you're keeping your old drone and getting a new.
