So what you have to do it is to contact pampers by this link https://www.pampers.com/en-us/contact-us in you click on @Email on the left and you click accept.in the reason you report a problem and you write as what is below:

Be careful they ask for verification. Make up an excuse to as why you don't have whatever they ask.

That's what I usually do. It's a lot easier over e-mail but I just make up stuff if they ask for anything.
