Let's talk about Tokyo Ghoul:Re - DragonicRek - 07-15-2018
Finished this a while back, but I wanted to see other people's thoughts about it
I didn't really like the plot in how Kaneki/Sasaki were with the ghoul investigators.
Also, plot wasn't very good either. Anime illustrate well Sasaki's relationship to Kaneki, and I found it intriguing
Ending sucked major balls
. Wish Kaneki returned to his crew at Aogiri.

Dude, honestly! Why do we need to wait so long for the next damn episode, it's soooo stupid!

I think the producers definitely cucked all of us by not providing enough fan-service, but it'll be a positive in the long-run since we'll get more episodes out of it.

"Tokyo Ghoul:re" is the sequel to Sui Ishida's original "Tokyo Ghoul" manga series.
The story is set two years after the end of "Tokyo Ghoul" and follows a new cast of characters, including Haise Sasaki, who is actually a version of Kaneki suffering from amnesia.
The series delves into themes such as identity, morality, and the struggles between humans and ghouls, just like its predecessor. It introduces new organizations, such as the Quinx Squad, which consists of human investigators who have been implanted with ghoul abilities to combat ghoul threats.
As the story progresses, readers witness the character development of Haise, the complexities of the ghoul society, and the ongoing conflicts with various opposing factions. The narrative also revisits familiar characters, providing more depth to their backstories and motivations.
