sorry im not the best of typing things im more of a talker im just going to explaining some methods i know and have done to help and maybe get some reply's about other methods i didnt know or mention disclaimer i am not a pro and these are methods if you decide to do them do it on your own risk this is just for educational reasons and purposes
item never showed up-
if you didn't sign theres no way to prove you got it
if you need to sign try a fake signature (if youre really paranoid what you can do is when they knock go out the back and go to the front and sign with a fake signature and then pretend you lost your keys and you need to call your mum till the delivery person leaves just to make it seem more legit if you do it right you should seem like a random person on the street seeing a package and tricking the delivery person)
if youre really good you can try to talk your way out of a signature (this isnt my method nor have a ever tried it i just read it on here) the idea is they are busy and trust you so forget to ask you to sign or if they dont realize and you close the door they wont knock again for the signature
partial refund-
when you order multiple items in one box say a few didnt show up (they will ask for the condition of the package and ask if it was tampered with so you have the option to either make it look like it was stolen by deliver people saying it was ripped which i dont recommend or make it sound like it was an error in packaging by saying the box and tape looked perfectly fine
take the item/s you want to keep take it out the box and return all the other stuff when you dont get the refund for that item (this is where luck and good communication comes into play also purchase and sigh up history come to play) say that you returned all the goods and you dont know why didn't get a full refund (dont copy what i said most likely wont work add more a spin and stuff to make it believable)
food
this is really simple go to the help area or look for customer service online and say that (using kfc for example) that you ordered a chicken burger and they gave a fish one (once again add a twist make it more believable) they should say sorry and offer to refund the meal or give a gift card to use
sometimes being really nice ad emailing them saying how much you love their products can go a long way its a less darker side of se but if a company like you can give you free products coupons and stuff
