Logitech can lookup order numbers? - skrtja - 06-27-2018
So I used the Amazon receipt generator and being smart I replaced the false order number with an order number that I used. It was for a specific book I ordered and the Logitech rep read it back completely as the item I purchased. I remember reading Logitech can't read the order numbers but I guess this has changed. Anyone have a way to get around this?

For Logitech, I buy the stuff I want at BestBuy, I send a request to the support saying that it does not work, they send me the product and I get the original refund at BestBuy
I did it at least 20x, no problem

If they require the order number for the item, it will get a lot harder. You can try doing what @Exodeen did maybe.

I was told they couldn't look up the order number rather just see if it was valid.
