With many websites been blocked mostly piracy related sites there is a niche for dedicated proxies. Dedicated proxies basically are domains dedicated to give access to one site only. A good example is "The Pirate Bay" that is blocked in most countries and there is a lot of "The Pirate Bay Proxy" which gives access to the site.
Sure there is plenty of alternatives, such as changing the DNS or TOR but there is always someone looking for a quick way to access the site and this project let you setup a dedicated proxy in minutes.
Just open index.php and change the url in "Location" to the one you want to proxify and upload.

upload to mega files or what ever the name is. you get 50GB free storage whereas, media only does 10GB

I don't have files that large and mega doesn't show how many downloads have been made. 10GB is enough because programs and scripts are relatively small
