The device Is Immaterial.
WEP (If anyone Is naive to still use It), In around 10 minutes and that's on a bad day. More secure protocols, within a few hours. It's beyond the scope of this post to document a step-by-step process.

If you don't know then, I would advise learning rather then doing it because, if done unethical, consequence can be put in place if caught.
As to what mothered stated, yes.
couple years ago around my area, many IoT devices were being compromised and routers was one of them via exploits because, the routers weren't fully secured.
