So the thing is that I got myself Surface Book 2 i7 16GB SERIAL + Pictures of it but the thing is that I am not sure how to SE it any small guides or maybe just a bit of hints to help me finish the se would be a really great help

Being a dick about it isn't the start. Not everyone knows rocket science.
To the OP thread, look in the SE section and see what people have done. I'm sure there is eBooks about this stuff.

OP - If you're good with your words, go ahead and give their customer service a call on the telephone and explain to them that you received your package, but you noticed that the bottom on the box had been tampered with - You brought it inside and the item was missing, but the box it was in is there. Maybe not those exact words - but be creative, that's the best way to learn. You're trying to persuade them into either giving you a refund or item.
