Amazon Query - Qlova - 05-30-2018

So although being told at checkout that all 3 items were in stock and would be delivered together today, I got an email this morning saying only 2 are arriving today and the other item is coming tomorrow.

I ordered some earphones, a charger bank and some headphones and the headphones & earphones were what I was going to claim that didn't arrive but they've been split up.

I'm not stupid and I know amazon won't fall for it if I use the not in box method for both items, but is there any way around this? I was thinking of saying the earphones were not in the package today (no box for them etc) and tomorrow say that I received the headphones but it was just an empty box. Or is this just as stupid as saying not in box for both?

Anyone had experience with something similar? Should I just send back and re order?

Well I had same trouble with Macy's...

2 items coming from 2 different packages.. So I had to play the Partial Card

Do just that.

Wait a little while (a few weeks or so) prior to reordering. In doing so, It will not be In close timing between sending the Items back & reordering, hence will not raise suspicion with the SE.

I’d go with a partial or re order.

I decided to just refund the most expensive and return the other.

Refund was done straight away, no questions asked
