Can you be hacked? Absolutely - mothered - 05-11-2018
Greetings everyone,
Evidently storing your data locally, whether It be sensitive, Identifiable or otherwise on a personal level, should be common practice for every user. Speaking from first-hand experience, the Insecurities of online entities Is alarming to say the least. Be "very" selective with the nature of data you contribute online. Don't only take this under advisement- put It Into practice!
In the following report, a college student fell victim to hackers who compromised her ICloud account, thereby accessing an array of personal Information.

As a result, all of Kristine's personal information like pictures and passwords were exposed.
“Got into my notes and my Snapchat password was in there, my bank, my social everything. Had my pictures, they had my messages, they had my location, my friends’ locations, my Facetimes, everything.”

I try my best to be as careful as I can when putting personal data online. I don't even put my passwords in my notes app, I also don't even link anything with my iCloud, whether it be Contacts, Notes, Pictures, etc etc etc... This is just another story to prove that you and anyone else are easily able to be hacked whether it be from Social Engineering to actually exploiting systems.

Exactly this.
We can take all precautionary measures In keeping our data safe and secure, but unfortunately we have no control on how a given entity stores and secures our Information.
This Is one example of a major airline company. I'll only provide a couple of Images. I have full raid on their systems of every passenger, credential and an array of sensitive Information. Obviously no malicious Intent whatsoever, just demonstrating the fact that nothing Is safe In the hands of the unknown.

I don`t think there are any chances to be or to get hacked since i`m using virtual desktop from http://www.apps4rent.com with high level encryption.

The chances are bigger than you think, there are ways to break out of VMs.
Also, even if malware doesn't break out to your host machine, it will still have access to the information on the VM itself.

Never underestimate your security, always be on the assumption you're under attack.
