Target / Gamestop Canceled Orders - Scorpio - 05-01-2018
Hi everyone!
Well I have an issue since Sunday.
I want to buy a PS4 pro so for that I Decided to buy it from Target
I created an account and wanted to order one, the order was ok, then 30 minutes later, it got canceled. Well I tried again today and everything is canceled. Even a small order of 5$.
I called my bank, everything is fine on their side. I tried again, canceled so I called them. And Target told me: We don't know. Try to buy it in store, have a good day.
And I was like "SO I can't oder anything from your website?"
"No"
alright Target sucks so I wanted to know if someone already met this issue?
Same with Gamestop even if I order as a Guest

If you're buying it legitimately then there shouldn't be a problem with picking one up in-store unless you live in BFE

I have the same problem with Walmart, my cc works for every website but it, you never know what will cause an error but it seems it's more common than I thought.

I've purchased a lot of Items from Target and aside from their systems being down on a couple of occasions (of which they explained just that), I've had no Issues whatsoever.
This Is very poor customer service on Target's end:

Judging by the context of their reply, It appears as though you've spoken with a naive representative who was probably Inundated with customers and told you what he wanted you to hear, as opposed to what the actual Issue was. For future reference, If you're not happy with a given representative and/or their response, simply ask to speak to another who knows what they're on about.

Ask to speak with someone In charge of that department.
Their response to such a simplistic question Is totally unacceptable.

Alright so I tried again but I changed one thing in my address, shipping one and it works... So i don't understand but I may have a problem.
They offered a game with it, which is great but on the tracking info it says: 2 parcels. Am i fucked or not?
