Well maybe it's not gonna help but when I was in France I tried something regarding a CPU, an expensive one, i7 6700k
I ordered this one on amazon.it
Then I ordered a cheap one on amazon.fr like a i3 around 30e
Once both arrived at my home, I moved the right one from the package and replaced it by the cheaper one.
I contacted amazon.it by chat and I explained that I received the order but the CPU package (not the amazon parcel) was open and I got a wrong CPU instead of the good one.
They told me to ship it to their warehouse in Italy, 2 weeks later I had my money refund
So they are not linked at all
I don't know if it was what you were asking for ^^

Yeah well I needed that to build my PC haha and it went pretty smooth so that was nice
But now I can feel that I want to try more and more, not specially to resell it but for the reward of doing it you know

Did you do it with the CPU only? Or did you use SE'ing to get other parts of your pc?
I only did this for the CPU
And yeah I have to choose wisely what and when I'm gonna do the next one

Not sure about the ones in the EU but based on my understanding they operate independently. Eg : If you made an order with US site, you ask the US site for support, not the UK one or some other site and vice versa.
I've been told by CS that they have different jurisdictions, so US reps only take care of things that happen on the US site.
They can however write to each other based on my understanding (like requesting assistance) but i dont think it really happens.
Just to be on the safe side, maybe spoof your ip and change the address around since at the end of the day, if something happens, you dont want them to pin point everything back to your ip, address and name.
