I had the same thought!
The closest I get to strategy games are the Civilization games you can find on steam.

Rise & Fall was my favorite back in the day, because it was a cross between FPS and strategy (had awful DRM protection). Nowadays I'd say my tastes lie between Civilization VI and Stellaris.

I've played literally every Blizzard game, except the Starcraft series. (No particular reason.)

On another note: It would be awesome to game with you sometime, since I enjoy discussion on this forum with you a lot. However, games are some of the most time-consuming yet unproductive (in terms of money making and vocational skill building) things you can do. But I can't help myself! Too much fun!

No doubt gaming Is fun, but due to my demanding computing tasks, I'm left with very little time for leisure.
