Quick advice after successful Amazon SE - Pingerz - 03-26-2018 I Ordered an item valued at £200 recently and originally called amazon stating the item never arrived. On the original call, I made to Amazon the lady said they will launch an investigation and get back to me. They sent me a Royal Mail investigation reference code. I called Amazon 2 days later and arranged for a 2nd to be dispatched which arrived. I live in a quiet low population area where parcel theft does not exist. The postman came to my door and we discussed the theft and was told to contact the local manager which I have not done. So the question is would it set off a red flag if I return the 2nd delivery and receive a full refund. I'm Doubtfull but is a quiet area and if it gets back to the Royale mail it might set off alarms. I would open the box to look like I've tried the item. And my Amazon account has no returns and thousands spent on orders. If any questions are asked, make up an excuse to why you don't want/need the item anymore. Shouldn't be a problem, just don't make it a regular thing. RE: Quick advice after successful Amazon SE - FunkyG - 05-23-2018 As stated above, as long as this won't be a regular thing you'll be just fine
