Help with a return by a ebay BUYER - megadanielmajo - 03-22-2018 A ebay BUYER wants to return the item, how can I do so that they do not reimburse the money and return the item to his home? Thanks in advance. RE: Help with a return by a ebay BUYER - Craven88 - 03-22-2018 Maybe not scam people on ebay? I understand SEing million dollar companies but scamming people on ebay (as you stated on MPGH where you asked the same question) is just such a scumbag thing to do. I really hope ebay takes the money and bans your account. RE: Help with a return by a ebay BUYER - megadanielmajo - 03-22-2018 (03-22-2018, 06:00 PM)Craven88 Wrote: Maybe not scam people on ebay? HAHAHAA i don't care ebay bans my account, retard. I didnt scammed the buyer, i said that it's replica but he bought without watching the description and ebay accepted. Such a retard RE: Help with a return by a ebay BUYER - chunky - 03-22-2018 (03-22-2018, 06:36 PM)megadanielmajo Wrote:(03-22-2018, 06:00 PM)Craven88 Wrote: Maybe not scam people on ebay? Imagine something similar would happen to you. Did he pay the original price for your replica or why does he want his money back? Because if he send it back, i must pay the shipping fees and then i lost the money because he paid 130 euro (what i paid for the replica) And shipping fee is 30 euro, then i will lost 30 euros.. RE: Help with a return by a ebay BUYER - chunky - 03-22-2018 Hmm what about offering to refund the money if he covers the shipping fee? RE: Help with a return by a ebay BUYER - megadanielmajo - 03-23-2018 he wont because ebay said that i must pay it. If that's the case, you must not have put in the listing that you don't accept returns. If you didn't do that, and did state in the description its a replica, then he can return it as per eBay's return policy which it would default to without any additional conditions within the listing. If you didn't explicitly list it as a replica then you're still liable. eBay also does not side with sellers. Buyers come first in their mind, and even if the buyer ships the wrong item back or even a damaged one when you don't send such item out, they essentially tell you it's your loss. Unless you go through an actual legal process yourself, which you may end up having to pay for to bring a buyer to court, its basically just loss. I don't use eBay anymore because of these reasons. RE: Help with a return by a ebay BUYER - Skryptec - 03-24-2018 Please provide proof that you stated that it was a replica. You should have stated it in the title. You have accepted returns on the listing, so you are required to take the item back if the buyer wants to return the item and return his money. I will not support you with scamming the person. |
