First, i made a fresh amazon account around a month ago, ordered a couple of items which totaled up to ~200$ and used the good 'ol package didn't arrive method.
everything went super smooth with no issues at all, and my refund has already been issued.
Now my question is, how do i proceed from here? i wish to get a new phone and a gaming headset, do i use the same account to get those items? to i create a new account? do i purchase using an Amazon GC?
is it safe to do 2 refunds back to back? (I think i know the answer myself, but would like some input from experts on this topic).
Some extra questions:
1)I keep seeing threads about using a S/N to get product "replacement" to your house claiming they broke even when you don't have the item, but i don't see any thread explaining how to get an actual S/N.
2)Are there any other websites i should be looking at to refund for my needed items? (a phone and a gaming headset)
Keep in mind it has to have international shipping, thanks a lot in advance!

Opening a case for all of your orders on a fresh account will definitely be suspicious so you shouldn't use the same account. Also keep in mind that SEing expensive items like one of the latest phones won't be as easy as a bunch of random stuff.

Yes, that is a given that it would be suspicious, when making a new account, what should i take into consideration? as i am using my CC for payments, what if i go through the route of making a few legit small orders, and then do a refund in the next ~week on a bigger order? (I.E phone + headset), would that be a viable solution? or i should just create a new account and do the refund there right away?

Hmm they could notice you just made a new account in case you are using the same CC on both accounts. Just stick to that account, buy some stuff without refunding it so it looks like you are a regular customer without any abusive intentions and then try to SE the phone OR the headset.
Like order the phone and pay for it, wait a few days, order the headset and refund it so it doesn't look like the first expensive item you buy gets refunded again. Just think about reading your story/investigating your account from the position of an amazon employee.

Hmm i understand, thing is i wish to refund both the headset and phone i am planning to buy, although riskier, if i use a new method i feel like i should be fine? i just placed a 85$ legit order, hopefully that would be enough.

Headset is around 165$ and phone will probably be around the 150-200$

Oh no that's not needed haha, so after this 1 legit order that i placed, i will wait around 3-5 days after my items arrive to place my third order which i will charge back, will update!

Amazon can link accounts with each other with the credit c*ard number and phone number.
After a refund, I call my b*ank saying that I lost my credit c*ard, they give me a new one with a new number and for the phone, I put a fake number.
