It's a really neat phone. Just curious if it's possible to SE it.

Won't know until you try Smile

That phone looks really weird lol why would you need two screens?

But anyways, as Bunairi said just give it a shot I don't see why it shouldn't work.
It always depends on your experience and your story. Keep in mind that trying to SE the company or a store that sells that phone will also affect your chance of success.

Good luck Wink

Of course it is. Its always possible to SE something. It is more so about whether you have the patience, determination, and the skill to succeed. If you think you have the will, then give it a shot, but don't waste your time on it otherwise.

RE: Is it possible to SE this phone? - Fate - 03-20-2018

The problem is, I don't know what story to give them.

1: Should I say that it's defective and try to box them? (Without buying)

2: Should I say the package never came in? (Might buy it and try to get a refund if option 1 doesn't work.)

Which one do you think will have a higher success rate?

You don't know until you try since no one else has tried this company, just try 1 first because theres no investment.

First attempt:
Tried to say I had the phone for a month and that there was no sound coming out of it.

Their response:
Dear valued ZTE customer

Thanks for contacting us,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

We would like to inform you the Axon M is a unique device and is exclusive to AT&T and they have asked us to direct you back to them during your first 12 months of ownership.

---
It's impossible to own this phone for a year since it was released on October 17, 2017 (I think)

I don't know if I should try #2 since option 1 was already flawed

Rubbish.

If It's exclusive to AT&T, why Is It available to purchase from ZTE? The latter Is where It was purchased, and It's the very same entity who's responsible for the Item.

They're not referring to 12 months per se.

They've stated:
Quote:during your first 12 months of ownership.

The operative words being "During your first". Meaning anytime between the first minute of purchase, to the last second of the 12 month end date.
