Verifying PayPal information - Qlova - 03-11-2018
Firstly I'd like to point out that this post may not be in the right catergory but I couldn't find one appropriate for it as it is just a general question more than anything social engineering related, although it is sort of linked.
My PayPal account got limited permebantly for refunding last month and since then I've had to use another PayPal that I made with a different adress on my street, simply to take in some Paynents I was due at the time. I carried on using this for eBay and what not and it's now been limited because it's exceeded the £500 mark where all accounts need to be "verified". My issue is that I can't upload my adress and my photo ID because it's linked to my banned account, does anyone know a way around these checks at all? Or would i be able to Redacted- staff.
I've got quite a bit of money stuck so this needs to be solved quickly before they look further into this and get suspicious. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

Sorry about that. I'd rather have a legit way of fixing this anyway.
Do you think if I called them and came up with some bs excuse they'd release the funds then I could just ditch this account?

Having funds In the account, doesn't safeguard you from a limited account.
For example, If Illegal Items were purchased, they'd violate PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy therefore the account will be limited.

I have money in my account from selling legit items, nothing illegal.
In my other account that got limited first I have a little more and they said it will be available in 180 days.

Was your new paypal created anonymously? If not they may have linked it to your old account. If the money on the account was through legitimate channels I'd just start calling them and bug the shit out of them for my money. One of those csr's will break eventually.

I don't think they've linked my accounts, PayPal are real stupid when it comes to simple shit like this. If they had, I would be banned by now.
I might just upload my bank & ID and see if they verify it because I have a feeling they won't even link the two at first and this could give me time to shift the money once they've verified it. Or I might just take your advise and bug the hell of out them till they crack. Ill update with what happens.
