Hi i was wondering if anyone can help with a google refund or something ive seen people on here say its easy so i wanna know how to do it

As with every SE, there's a few factors Involved.
What's the product? How much Is It worth? Any purchases on the account? What's the age of account? What method are you looking at using? And the list goes on. It's not possible to provide (definitive) advice on general grounds. You must have a starting point well and truly established and we can work from there.

To refund Google, just tell them that the package was empty. They will do a investigation and then end up refunding you.
