Wayfair Refund - Rocky - 02-18-2018
Has anybody here refunded Wayfair? Also, does anybody know how many times Wayfair can be done?

It depends on your method.
As with every SE, It's always good practice not to use the same address with multiple refunds/replacements- use drops. This will significantly help a successful outcome with repeated SE's on the same entity.

Due to the nature of the company, It depends on the Item.
It'll be pretty difficult (In fact Impossible) to use the wrong Item on an outdoor hot tub/spa- which they actually do stock.
