does anyone know how easy it is to use the item never arrived method for BestBuy and/or Apple? Looking to getting a phone from one of them.

If i were you i would just stick with the old amAzon refunding. Bestbuy may start an investigation of some sort depending on the item and price but thats my opinion. To keep things simple just refund from amazon and save the headache.

If you didn't have to sign for the package, you could easily say it has never arrived.

Thats true to and most of the time on amazon you dont have to sign
