What to do for pickup at post office - BobRossLover17 - 02-07-2018 I ordered an Iphone 7 off ebay to see if I could do a refund method, I was going to try the package did not arrive. But when the package came they did not leave the item in the mail box or on my door they left me a note saying that they will deliver at another time another day. I don't know if I don't pick it up again will they bring it to the post office? also if they do what should I do? RE: What to do for pickup at post office - valkyrias47 - 02-07-2018 Don't send to post office its gonna be harder , receive the package and then se refund or use drop for that RE: What to do for pickup at post office - hy6rid - 02-07-2018 If they gave you a tracking #, don't try it. It will be significantly harder and if you escalate it to paypal/ebay, they will almost always side with the seller if it says delivered. Whatever method you execute, hopefully they don't blacklist the IMEI number, hence render the phone futile. RE: What to do for pickup at post office - Zac. - 02-08-2018 Dont se ebay, its just ordinary people, dick move dude, dick move. RE: What to do for pickup at post office - Playboi_Carti - 02-08-2018 Don't SE people, do companies that probably don't care. Ultimately, you're still SEing the employees who work for the companies that don't care. The company doesn't operate Itself. RE: What to do for pickup at post office - Vybridize - 02-08-2018 Imagine you were selling an iPhone on eBay and someone does this to you? how would you feel..... I wouldn't sell my phone on eBay, or any other online entity. eBay has Seller Protection and policies In place to cover loses by way of reimbursements. It's worth trying tho Also as you are using eBay, it has a higher probability that the seller will reply. You should have ordered the item from a large company and tried refunding instead of buying from a person, it that case u would have had a leverage as large companies tend to ignore PayPal disputes. |
