Next move here - Qlova - 02-06-2018

I've recently bought some clothes from End clothing and I tried saying that one of the items wasn't in the packaging to get a partial refund.

Turns out they have CCTV in the warehouse and this was the email I got today:

Should I just take the L or carry on with this... I buy clothes from here regularly so don't wanna get blacklisted or anything

Yeah they seem really on the ball with things. Is it like this for most clothes retailers? Who's an easy one to hit up for a partial?

I would email him back saying that you accidentally missed one of the items, and tell him that you're really sorry for wasting their time.

Yeah I've thought about that but I sent photos of all the items in the box (apart from the sweatshirt I tried to get a partial for).

Nice one bro. Well, I would just tell them that you contacted the authorities, and they will investigate, and if they email you back asking why they haven't been contacted about the investigation, just make something up.

Okay will do, I don't think they'll look too much into it. I now know they're a no go I suppose haha

Just let it go it will be hard

RE: Next move here - Skryptec - 02-06-2018

I would let it go, same story for if Amazon asks you to file a police report before they proceed. You should try Jack&Jones, they told me that they have done multiple checks and that both items were both in the package. But they gave me a refund anyway because they 'trusted the customer'.
