Adidas partial refund help - azux14 - 02-05-2018
Hi guys,
Just wondering would anyone be able to help out ? I've started doing a partial refund with adi**s with a guy but since fell out with him since he's full of sh*t.
I've ordered 3 thins worth 170 euro. I've emailed adidas since and told them that 2 items were missing, they had replied asking was the package sealed and that they will contact their warehouse to see if all items were shipped. Today they've emailed me and said that the warehouse has confirmed that all the items were shipped out and that they suspect the items were lost in transit, to find the location of the items they're escalating the case to the back office team. The investigation with the courier will take 5 to 6 business days, and that they will contact me with the outcome of the investigation.
Can anyone help with what should I reply to this?

It's pretty difficult to provide advice when there's no details pertaining to their Investigation.
Once you've received a reply, the next course of action will be based on that very reply.

Ok, I sent them an e-mail friday to ask for an update as they haven't got back to me at that stage.
Yesterday I've received an e-mail that they are processing a refund for me. No one has called to the door, no one has contacted me or anything either. This was Adidas UK

It's only been one day since their last point of contact with you. Give It another day or two and If you haven't heard anything, shoot them a friendly reminder via email.
The main thing Is, you're receiving a refund and that's all that matters. Most Importantly, you have It In writing.
