Reputation options - Defeat - 01-31-2018
I'm not certain if it's because I'm on my phone, but there doesn't seem to be options for the rep system, like reporting a reputation or removing one altogether. I double checked the upgrades and I didn't notice it either.

As shown above, on mobile, there's a button for reporting, in the top left corner of the details of each rep. Is this what you're looking for?

It will be removed when reported if it's spam or there's another reason for it to be removed. I hope that helped.
