OP, I don't think a lot of people will find it useful as I am sure Tile doesn't do this a lot.

Haven't had a time where they haven't required at least pictures.

I would be providing pictures of Tiles next to paper saying whatever Tile Support needs on them. Also, providing videos of Tiles not producing the "beep" that they are supposed to.

I SE'D them around 4 times.
Never had to show a shred of evidence other than doing their troubleshooting with them.
