I am nearly done the se and then I get sent this

Thank you for you patience. I will need you to provide a video showing you are working on the activation steps with your 4 Tiles? So we can see the activation issue you are running into.

Send a corrupt video? I need some tips on what to do I think I'm screwed aha

Do just that and on each reply you receive, be polite and apologetic.

Keep repeating the process with different file formats (obviously corrupted), thereby the effort on your part to (seemingly) resolve the Issue, will be clearly demonstrated.

Yeah, I got the same reply a while back when trying to SE a 4 pack, this response is usually warranted when trying to SE a 4 pack//6 pack as the likelihood of the whole pack not working is low and that it's quite expensive. As @mothered says, just continue to send them corrupted files till they give in. (or pay a small fee to someone with the same product you want to SE to fake a video of them not turning on)

Make sure you title the video so it's believable and under "choose one extension" make the format mp4
As mothered said, change up the video format when they tell you your video is corrupt/not opening (the site I linked allows for around 4 formats)

I've downloaded and tested a random file In MP4 format (fully functional at the time), and It served It's purpose nicely.

Take note of the error message In the last Image, this Is very Important. It provides a few reasons as to why the file Is not functioning. Furthermore, Googling the error code has Infinite results as to It's cause. This will significantly help your SE by convincing the target that It may well be an Issue on their end.
