Favourite TV Advert - Jim Carroll - 01-18-2018
I'm sure many of you don't watch proper television anymore, as there is the Internet, Netflix, uTorrent, etc., but when you did watch proper television, let's say...when you were a kid, and had to sit through many television adverts for your television show to return, was there one particular television advert that you absolutely enjoyed watching, and still remember it to this day?
For me, it would be the Cadbury advert where the Gorilla played the drums, with Phil Collins singing in the background.

God I remember the gorilla commercial it was legendary and still is.
Have to say my favorite commercial of all time was the Mac vs PC series.

Well, there's another one for a car dealership that has a catchy jingle as well, called South Hills Kia but this one takes the cake

I remember viewing this commercial on YouTube many years ago, and still love It to this day.
Coincidentally, the kid In the commercial Is Justin Long who played the role of a hacker In Die Hard 4.0 (Live Free or Die Hard).

I cannot believe that Cadbury's advert is that old! I remember that so well!
My favourite has got to be the almost decade long advert campaign for a site called CompareTheMarket.com. The advert is based on a spin of words - comparing two websites (one fictional at the time of release, and now a fully launched site) comparethemarket.com, and comparethemeerkat.com. This was so popular that they released books, toys, software downloads, and around 80 more adverts featuring original and new characters and story-lines.
