How to se steel series in 2018?
I will add that sending false proof of shipment will cancel RMA and wait for the shipment as to bypass and get the code for new equipment.

This makes very little sense, If any.
It seems as though you've already established some form of contact with whoever It Is you're trying to SE. Post your method from the beginning to where It currently stands, and we can then provide Informed advice and assistance.

In 2017, I kept the steel series but for a few months I want shipping and they are waiting for shipping to their country or denmark and have to come to repair to finish the rma and give the code for new equipment, it works in a way that I have no money for shipping and I got this thing as a gift and gave a new code for new equipment which after a week came home, now they are waiting for tracking number and shipment in their warehouse.
