SEing Microsoft surface Pro - unouhu - 01-07-2018
Hello everyone:
Has anyone attempted SEing Microsoft thru website with "never arrived"? do you happen to know what shipping carrier they use (does it requires signature)? once received, can it be tracked? Thanks in advance!

from reading what others do, the best way to go is to pay w paypal and chargeback saying "never arrived" and microsoft 9 times out of 10 does not respond resulting in a refund after 10 days

I wouldn't recommend SE, I'd go with refunding. If it would be that easy, Microsoft would suffer big losses.
