If you were only able to eat fast food for the rest of your life and only one fast food resturant. Which fast food restaurant would you choice?

Given my fast food/takeout Intake Is literally zero, this Is a very difficult question for me.
I'd say "Subway", mainly for the fact It's healthier than most fast foods.

I would have to go with box store type chinese food, sure it "Americanized" but you really do have some great choices.

You'd be surprised. Their ingredients are sometimes healthier, but the handling? Haha. No.
I'd say Famous Sandwiches. Small time folk run the place apparently and it's still effectively fast food despite you seeing the stuff being made right in front of you instead of the junk being plucked off a heated shelf like in McDonalds.

The same can be said when purchasing healthy Ingredients.
Although most are packaged, they do go through so many hands/processes prior to the final product In the box. Unless you grow/manufacturer It yourself, you never know (for certain) what you're getting.

I honestly have no idea, I never get fast-food.
Does ramen or sushi count? I don't think so...
I guess something with a lot of variety, so I don't get too bored of it quickly.

Mothered, I'd have to agree with you, the other day I had Subway for lunch and it was amazing, a toasty tuna sandwich with Swiss cheese and so many vegetables. It's got all the nutrition you need. I'd love to eat their sandwiches everyday.
