Social Engineering is social manipulation to receive a desired outcome usually information or access.
Fraud is malicious deception for the purpose of personal gain albeit financially or through physical items.

Warranty Exploitation is exploiting a company's warranty on a product to get one even without sending back or having the original product.
"Refunding" is claiming an item was damaged or never arrived to a company such as Amazon who will refund without asking many if any questions.
