How to get out of shipping something back - vuxane - 12-17-2017

Please do not saturate this by making your excuse unbelievable.

Okay so I have 2 private methods which I might reveal later, anyway here are some excuses

- Say that you don't want to pay the shipping charges.
- Ask for a return label
- Say that there's no open post office near you and driving there would cost a lot of money.
- Say that you already threw the item out.

These 4 excuses work often.

Thanks for the share., I have an ongoing case with Samsung on the Galaxy Tab A 2017 7 inch. They're offering UPS to come to my door and collect the package, I have a feeling i've done something wrong. I first said it's not turning on ( I got the serial number online ) I said I've tried everything, they gave me troubleshooting steps. I done those. Then they offered for a repair. I then said the issue has escalated since we last contacted. I said while doing one of the troubleshooting. I felt the device overheating. It got hot to a point where I thought it would explode.
I did it to get out of the 'return predicament' what do you think they're gonna say next, they haven't replied.

Not sure, but when they tell you to send it tell them the battery started leaking after overheating and the post office doesn't accept that.

Another way people are using often is saying that they have blood over the product.

Edit: I've said that driving to any available post office would cost me lot of money so i can't ship, waiting for their reply. If this works, i owe you a beer OP! Biggrin

If that doesn't work ask for a return label so you don't gotta pay the gas + shipping.

I just tried Bose headphones, I said battery leaked and threw the item out when they looked for pics. Ill update on result

If that doesn't work ask for a return label so you don't gotta pay the gas + shipping.

Generally, they do work the majority of times.

If Amazon's customer service was a little more alert, then the same method that was used to deliver the Item can also be used to pick It up. For example If UPS shipped the Item, a pickup can be arranged by the very same carrier and provided the order was fulfilled by Amazon (and not a seller), return fees will not apply.

Appreciate the methods.
