I need so,e SE Help (Samsung UK) - Sultaan - 12-17-2017 Hey. I read a post on here on a Samsung SE. I am doing it on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016 7.0 inch. I got a valid serial number off someone on eBay, and I have sent an email with all the relevant detail. I said that the tablet is not turning on, completely not responding, I have charged it, have not olaced in any extreme conditions. I fear that they will say to return, how do I avoid returning and just being able to get a refund. Is my argument covered by their warranty. I also said I used their charger which I got out of the box. I emailed them also. Please help, any tips. I sent the email off yesterday, but won't get a reply probabbly until later or Monday. RE: I need so,e SE Help (Samsung UK) - Pro_SE - 12-17-2017 just use the box method. Depending on where you live, you might have to put something in the box. 1) they will send you a pre paid shipping label 2) stick it on an empty box the right size for the tablet Alternate 2) seal up the box, cut into it and put something like a phone book in, reseal
3) send the box to themmessily 4) enjoy your free tablet RE: I need so,e SE Help (Samsung UK) - Sultaan - 12-17-2017 (12-17-2017, 12:01 PM)Pro_SE Wrote: just use the box method. I'll keep the method in the back of my head, but really was looking for a way for me to make up some excuse which required not for me to send it back. When you say 'cut into the box' how can that be, can I make a hole and just stuff the phone book in? How am I supposed to seal it. How does this work, does it count as tamoering or do they even check (UK) RE: I need so,e SE Help (Samsung UK) - Pro_SE - 12-17-2017 (12-17-2017, 12:06 PM)Sultaan Wrote:(12-17-2017, 12:01 PM)Pro_SE Wrote: just use the box method. cut open the tape you used to seal it with a knife. open the flaps and put in a phone book, or something similar. re tape it back up messily. they shouldn't check and you should be good to go. If they do happen to check and say there was no tablet in there, what would be my response?
