I'm not a social engineer pro so I could be wrong but just thinking from a business stand point.
I don't think this will give you a refund.
If the item had warrenty they would most likely say send it back and you will get a partial/full refund.
If no warrenty, then I don't see anything happening

yeah xD i emailed them again saying google auto filled it out and said my "real" name
